Where have the last 5 years gone??

Ok.. So tomorrow is Isaac's 5th Birthday!! Happy Birthday to my little man!! I have some mixed emotions this birthday. I love that he is happy and healthy, and growing up to be such a great kid! But then the other side of me says - This is your baby... he is no longer under the age of 5 and will be in school full time!!! That scares the living daylights out of me. I don't know why... but it does! He has grown up so much in the last year!!

Easter...gone!

Ok so it is how many days/weeks past easter... just posting this adorable picture of the kids. Had a great Easter. Always celebrating something!!

Wow... It just amazes me how time really does fly. It seems like just yesterday that Emily was dying her first Easter egg... and now here she is 7 and getting more and more creative daily. And then there is Isaac... my baby of course. He has come a long ways in the last year. I think he dyed like 4 eggs last year and then got bored with it. This year - he made it thru his container of 18!! I am so very proud of both of my babies.

Finished Product...

Here is the finished product from my post last weekend. I picked up our bowl today and of course had to use it right away tonight for our peaches for dinner. I love it. It is truly Emily's doing!!

Painting the afternoon away!

So yesterday Emily and I went to Clay Corner Studio. She has been wanting to do this for well over a year now. So I finally gave in. I am very happy that we did it. Can't wait to see what the finish product looks like. Shall be interesting. She was very big on making the polka dots. Great way to spend the afternoon with my daughter. :-)

How time flies!!

Ok - So it has been a LONG time since I posted anything. Guess time is just getting away from me!!! Received this picture the other day from Isaac's teacher and thought it would be cute to post. Someone really loves to dress up!!

As the new year began we got to be very busy again!! Emily is off to either dance or Daisies... and Isaac participated in wrestling this month. SO has been a very busy month, but loved every moment. It is so neat to see your kids grow up and become involved in so many things!!
